The Copeland Scroll ZFKQ series compressors developed by Emerson provide excellent operating performance for low temperature applications. This series of compressors has a wide operating range and evaporation temperature as low as -40 ℃. The optimized design makes it perfectly suitable for food freezing. At the same time, the flexible scroll design makes the compressor have excellent liquid impact resistance.

ZF * KQE series adopts liquid injection technology to control the exhaust temperature and expand the operating range of the compressor

☆ ZF,ZFI series compressors can operate at condensing temperatures as low as 4.4 ℃, providing high seasonal energy efficiency ratio
☆ Compressor with dynamic exhaust valve can be adjusted according to the requirements of the compressor exhaust pressure, to prevent the gas in the compressor recompression, in the case of high pressure ratio of considerable improvement in energy efficiency
The jet enthalpy technology makes the ZFI compressor energy efficiency ratio higher than that of a single-stage compressor in low temperature applications, with excellent performance.

Compressor protection
☆ ZF,ZFI series compressors are equipped with built-in motor protection to prevent motor overheating caused by lack of phase or insufficient refrigerant charge
☆ ZF series is equipped with DTC liquid injection valve to control compressor discharge temperature
☆ The ZFI series can be equipped with Emerson EVI jet enthalpy enhancement accessories to control the jet enthalpy enhancement circuit to ensure that the compressor operates at a safe exhaust temperature
